About the Project
The Elan Training Team asked: How can we evolve our learning products and services in ways that will sustain and grow the business? Klein answered with a strategic roadmap. This wasn’t about creating a direction in a vaccuum and sharing it through a fire-hose. We’re pragmatists. Why create something others can’t understand and won’t follow?
We used some design thinking approaches like field observations and some highly technical techniques like asking what’s working and what will work. Then we studied the dynamics of everyone involved in the sales process. Instead of creating strategies disconnected from the business line, strategies were deeply tied to immediate and long-term business lift. As in, immediate…like tangible results in less than 30 days.
